What creates a true sense of home – the answer lies in interior architecture

If you’ve been browsing real estate portals in recent months, you know the feeling. Locations are in your head like a map, price ranges per square meter come to mind, and the strengths and weaknesses of plans become apparent in seconds.
However, every now and then something happens that tables can’t explain. You open an ad and catch yourself thinking: “Wow, this is awesome.” Not because the bathroom is trendy or the kitchen is expensive, but because the space speaks to you. Most of the time, it means one thing: you can feel the hand of an interior designer in the apartment.
We believe that the development of a home doesn’t end with receiving the keys – it starts there.

That is why we are offering interior architect support to buyers of 3-room apartments as a campaign, so that the journey to a new home is complete from start to finish.
/ 2-hour consultation with interior designer Lilia Kristianson – a meeting where the style and mood of your home will be revealed.
/ Personal mood board – a visual guide that will help you later choose the right colors, materials and furniture.
/ Discount of up to €20,000, which you can use, for example, to furnish your new home.
Campaign period 25.02–19.04

The Three Faces of Kotzebue Park Interior Design
In order to simplify choices, an interior designer often develops basic directions in new developments – starting points from which to proceed. Kotzebue Park interior designer Lilia Kristianson has created three distinct directions that give each apartment its own character.
Klassik moves on the paths of Japanese style, where Scandinavian simplicity meets Japanese aesthetics – parquet with a yellowish undertone and sand-colored embossed bathroom tiles create a bright, timeless interior.
Boheem is inspired by the contrasts of Kalamaja: silver-gray oak parquet, black accents and playfully wavy tiles give the room character and a free-spirited attitude.
Luks B is an ode to timeless beauty – deeper-toned herringbone parquet, greenery-inspired bathroom tiles and black details create a refined whole for those who want to feel dignity and thoughtful quality at home.
Kotzebue Park has apartments in different styles, so you can check them all out with your own eyes and choose your favorite.

An empty apartment is not a home yet
A new development apartment is often purchased empty. The buyer has a feeling that they want to experience at home – but lacks a professional eye to help translate this feeling into a space.
Inspiration is scattered, the budget causes hesitation and there are so many decisions that where to even start?
It is at such moments that the support of an interior designer is most valuable.

The interior starts with the right questions
Once a suitable apartment has been found, the next step begins – creating a mood board that reflects your family’s mood, expectations and lifestyle. This is a visual compass created by an interior designer that keeps your choices in focus and helps you avoid decisions you’ll regret later.
An interior designer starts creating a mood board with the question: what kind of life do you want to live here? Will a new hobby be born here, a child is born, or are you simply looking for a quiet corner where the world will fade into the background for a moment?
Only when the answers are clear can you start looking for details that would convey this mood. Sometimes the value lies in designer furniture from a thrift store, sometimes in simple wallpaper that, in the right light, becomes the soul of the room. The result is a personalized home that feels well thought out – and not necessarily expensive.

An interior designer prevents costly mistakes
Many people fear that involving a professional is too much. In fact, an ill-considered decision can end up being much more expensive than the architect’s fee.
The wrong material, inappropriate planning, or a purchase made on the basis of emotion snowballs – and leads to additional expenses that could have been avoided. An interior designer knows where it is worth investing and where you can save smartly.
The consultation with interior designer Lilia Kristianson and the creation of a mood board offered as part of the campaign are just the beginning – they create direction and clarity, based on which you can further design your home.
How much the interior designer will accompany your family on their journey in the future depends on the form of your cooperation and how much support you want.
